Book in Advance If You Can
Please note, it is recommended you make your appointments at least two to four weeks in advance, when possible. Our technicians are booked that far in advance. However, we encourage you to check in with us when you feel spontaneous, we may have something available for you. For appointments, call 281-265-0533 or schedule online.
A Credit Card is Needed
Credit Card information is required in order to reserve/schedule any services. On the day of your service, you may change which credit card you utilize for the final payment.
If you fail to show for your appointment and do not call to inform us of the change, our policy is to charge 100% of the service(s).
Reminders
As a courtesy and when you provide the appropriate communication options a text message and/or email to confirm your appointment and send out before/after care instruction. If we do not speak directly to you, no worries, we will leave you a voicemail, if possible.
Arriving Late
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next visitor will not be delayed. You will be responsible for the full value of your scheduled treatment.
If you arrive after your appointment time, we will do our best to get you in that day. Otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service.
Cancellation Policy
As a small business, part of our success depends on a mutual respect of time. We require 24 hours of notice to reschedule or cancel any spa appointment. As a courtesy to other guests and technicians, appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance, otherwise 50% of the service(s) booked will be charged.
If you fail to show or for your appointment, 100% of the service booked will be charged.
If cancelled less than 24 hrs a 50% of the service(s) booked will be charged and loss of deposit. If you fail to show for your appointment, 100% of the service booked will be charge

We do not offer refunds on all services. For lash extensions please contact us within 72hrs. Prices are subject to change at anytime
