Please carefully read the Terms and Conditions prior to scheduling your appointment. *Understand that you fully accept all Terms and Conditions once your appointment has been scheduled.*
Deposit
A 50% non refundable Deposit is required in order to book and confirm your cosmetic tattoo appointment. Your deposit signifies your commitment to your appointment.
Your deposit will go towards the total cost of the service you have booked for. The deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your cosmetic tattoo appointment, we require a 3 business days (includes hours) notice in order to reschedule your appointment. A $75 reschedule fee will be applied after 3 business days (includes hours).
You may reschedule your appointment ONE time before the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be needed to make a new appointment.
If you reschedule your appointment less than 24hrs before you appointment your deposit will be lost.
No Show
Remembering and respecting the appointment time is your responsibility. If you do not show up to your appointment and no notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the appointment. This is true for all appointments at Glowhouse studios.
Same Day Cancellations & Appointment Cancellations
If you call to reschedule or cancel your cosmetic tattoo appointment on the day of, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to put down a new deposit to secure a future appointment.
If you decide to cancel your appointment at anytime and decide not to rebook, your deposit will be lost.
Arriving Late
We understand that things can happen but unfortunately, if you show up more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. You may also be required to rebook and pay a new deposit if you wish to continue with your procedure after arriving late or providing a short notice cancellation.
A Credit Card is Needed
Credit Card information is required in order to reserve/schedule any services. On the day of your service, you may change which credit card you utilize for the final payment.
If you fail to show for your appointment and do not call to inform us of the change, our policy is to charge 100% of the service(s).
Contraindications
Contraindications are conditions that make a particular service potentially inadvisable. In all instances, we encourage transparent communication with your spa technician to ensure you have the most enjoyable experience. Examples of contraindications include: Chemotherapy, blood thinners, fever, pregnancy, breastfeeding, varicose veins or sunburn. Click here for more.
Previous Work Disclaimer
We cannot guarantee results for corrective or cover-up work. If previous work is dark, discolored or mis-shaped, tattoo removal is highly recommended before booking an appointment with us to achieve best results. Corrective/Cover-up work generally requires multiple sessions and additional touch ups. additional costs for these services will be charged please see our service menu for pricing.
If you have an previous tattoo or microblading done somewhere else, we require that you send pictures of your brows without any makeup before booking your appointment. All deposits are non refundable/non transferable.
**Due to the additional amount of work and time required for a 3D cover up/ old tattoo, specials or discounts cannot be applied to these appointments. **

Monthly Special Disclaimer
- Due to the additional amount of work and time required for a 3D cover up/old tattoo and previous microblading, specials, discounts, promotions cannot be applied to these appointments.
- Deposits are non-refundable/ non-transferable
- If you book one of our specials and arrive to your appointment with a previous tattoo or microblading, You will be charged the full price of a tattoo cover up.
- Should you decide to not have the service done, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged the remainder of the service.

PMU Touch Ups
All Microblading and PMU touch ups are not included in initial session and are only for returning clients. Second session prices are valid 6-16 weeks after your first session only. Additional charges will apply if you book beyond this frame.

It is very important that you read your instructions 72hrs before your scheduled appointment and follow these instructions for all microblading sessions.
If you fail to follow your pre-care instructions Glowhouse has the right to refuse service and charge a re-booking fee/deposit.
Right to Procedure Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse performing any services. If we feel that you are too indecisive, impulsive about your tattoo, or we deem you as unfit, the procedure will be canceled. Another deposit fee will be required if you would like to book again.
Results
Realistic expectations are a priority at our Studio. Additional touch ups may be required to achieve desired results- because there are so many variables to cosmetic tattoos and healing that we cannot control. While we typically have beautiful results and happy guests, we cannot guarantee this procedure totally replaces your makeup or can be completed after 2 sessions. We also cannot guarantee how long this will last on you. Please read all our info section prior to booking. All services provided are non- refundable.
Your results are extremely dependent on how one heals and will vary with each individual guest such as: skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken and aftercare. Everyone heals and accepts the pigment differently. We provide the same service for every client but retention is dependent on your skin and lifestyle
Age Requirement
Per Texas Law, you must be 18 years or older to receive a cosmetic tattoo.
